We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Transport Coordinator to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will take ownership of end\-to\-end transport coordination, ensuring seamless delivery from warehouse to customer across North America.

  • Coordinate \u201cfinal mile\u201d logistics for customer deliveries<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Ensure on\-time delivery performance across all shipments<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Oversee freight costs, quotations, and vendor performance<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Monitor freight market trends and rate fluctuations<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Act as the primary liaison with transport service providers<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Support annual freight budgeting and performance reviews<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Maintain compliance with audit procedures and logistics standards<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    Sales & Operations Support<\/b>

    • Assist with customer quotes and cost calculations<\/span>

    • Provide timely updates on purchase orders and deliveries<\/span>

    • Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and planning teams<\/span>

    • Ensure alignment with customer delivery requirements

      Vendor & Compliance Management<\/b>

      • Manage vendor agreements and ensure stakeholder alignment<\/span>

      • Validate invoices and ensure compliance with contractual terms<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Maintain strong, reliable vendor relationships<\/span><\/span><\/span>

        • Support initiatives to maximize returns for growers<\/span>

          Requirements<\/h3>
          Qualifications & Experience<\/span><\/span><\/b>
          <\/div>
          • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Commerce, Logistics, Administration, or similar
            <\/span><\/li>
          • Minimum 3 years\u2019 experience in supply chain/logistics
            <\/span><\/li><\/ul>
            Technical Skills<\/span><\/span><\/b>
            <\/div>
            • Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems
              <\/span><\/li>
            • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
              <\/span><\/li>
            • Knowledge of routing and tracking software
              <\/span><\/li>
            • Strong analytical and planning capabilities<\/span>
