To support the expansion of our China Department, we are seeking passionate and dynamic individuals to promote trendy and experiential travel products catered to young families and free & easy travellers.

Responsibilities:

1. Promote and sell travel products, with a focus on experiential, Free & Easy (F&E), and lifestyle travel packages
2. Create excellent travel experiences for customers by recommending suitable travel products and destinations that best suit their needs and preferences
3. Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone, walk-ins, and online platforms, and perform sales transactions accordingly
4. Research fare, itinerary, and travel schedule information, and make travel arrangements using industry-specific systems
5. Provide customers with relevant travel information, including itinerary details, documentation requirements, and travel advisories
6. Follow up on sales enquiries and internet leads, and convert them into actual sales opportunities
7. Build and maintain good customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
8. Make alternative arrangements and provide service recovery support when travel disruptions or changes arise
9. Support roadshows, travel fairs, promotional events, and marketing campaigns where required
10. Work towards achieving both individual and team sales KPIs and targets
11. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Tourism and hospitality management related studies
• Enjoy interacting with people, outgoing, friendly and energetic personality with excellent customer service skills.
• Good selling, communication and listening skills.
• Have the ability to create a rapport with people of different ages and different cultures.
• Strong interest in countries histories, geographies, general customs and cultures.
• Willing to work on weekend and public holidays
• Those with a working knowledge of Tour & Travel Industry will have an advantage
