As a rapidly growing business, the position is\nfast paced & hands on, covering vast aspects of a Product Operations role\nincluding the internal customer support as well as booking reconciliation &\nfulfillment of travel reservations.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

The responsibilities of the position<\/b>

  • Quality\-check bookings and traveller\ndocumentation to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Provide Air Ticketing and Land Product Voucher\nfulfilment support<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Fulfil additional passenger service requests<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Monitor and process customer payments to relevant\ntravel files<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Provide product support to the sales team as required<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Manage airline schedule changes to keep bookings up\nto date and accurate<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Review and manage service reports, supplier queries,\nand requests<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Maintain and update hotel room availability\ninformation<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Handle general booking\-related queries from internal\nstakeholders<\/span><\/span>

    Experience & Qualifications<\/b><\/span>
    <\/div>

    <\/div><\/span><\/div><\/div>
    • Minimum\n2 years experience in the Travel Industry in a Travel Operations Support\nposition or Bookings Fulfilment is essential<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Experience\nusing a GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo) is essential<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Prior\nexperience as a Travel Consultant is advantageous<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Fare\ncalculation, basic ticketing knowledge and queue management is important<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Highly\nproficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)<\/span><\/span>
