Position: Respiratory Therapist
Location: Redding, CA
Department: Respiratory Therapy
Shifts Available: Days & Nights-Per Diem
Salary Range: $840.00 – $980.00 per shift (base gross), based on a 36-hour (3x12-hour) schedule; equivalent to $60.00 – $70.00 per hour.
Assignment Length: 4 weeks

Responsibilities
- Performs respiratory therapy treatments and pulmonary diagnostic procedures as ordered by the provider
- Works under the direction of the Medical Director and Cardiopulmonary Director/Manager
- Assesses, plans, implements, and documents patient care
- Tailors care to age-specific and population-specific patient needs
- May serve as Lead RCP when needed, overseeing department/section during shift

Premiere Healthcare Staffing offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $60.00 to $70.00. This compensation estimate is specific to California and has not been adjusted for any other geographic location. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
