Responsibilities
This position will be responsible for Global Treasury daily operations and activities including Payments, Bank Account Management, Online Banking Administration, ISDA workflow, and special projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Verify payment instructions and ensure compliance with internal approval authorities and controls
- Investigate and resolve payment exceptions, rejections, and inquiries in a timely manner
- Support the development and enforcement of payment policies and procedures
- Maintain the global bank account inventory, including opening, closing, and modifying accounts
- Coordinate with banking partners and internal teams (Legal, Accounting, Compliance) on account documentation and KYC requirements
- Monitor bank fee statements and perform account structure reviews to optimize efficiency
- Administer online banking platforms across all banking relationships, including user provisioning and deprovisioning
- Manage and audit user access entitlements to ensure alignment with segregation of duties and internal control requirements
- Serve as primary liaison with bank representatives on system access issues and new platform onboarding
- Maintain documentation of access controls and support periodic internal and external audits
- Support the end-to-end ISDA agreement workflow, including coordination with counterparties, Legal, and Compliance
- Participate in treasury technology implementations, system upgrades, and process automation initiatives
- Partner with Accounting, Investment Operations and Business Transformation on cross-functional treasury initiatives
- Prepare ad hoc analyses and presentations for Treasury management and senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 2-4 years of treasury, corporate finance, or banking experience
- Solid understanding of global cash management, payments, and banking operations
- Familiarity with ISDA/CSA documentation
- Experience administering online banking platforms and managing user access controls
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with a TMS (Kyriba, GTreasury, FIS, or similar) preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with high attention to detail

Education
A bachelor’s degree is required.
Base Salary Range
$90,000 - $115,000
In addition to a competitive base salary, you will be eligible to receive discretionary bonus incentives, a comprehensive benefits package and a flexible work arrangement. The base salary offered will be commensurate with experience and/or qualifications, industry knowledge and expertise, as well as prior training and education.
