Seeking an experienced treasury specialist to manage the treasury and banking activities of the legal entity. The candidate will manage the activities in strict compliance with the ST policies, guidelines, treasury and banking regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Managing bank account lifecycle activities, including opening/closing bank account, updating POS.
- Interaction with the bank to resolve issues and queries from the Bank Recon and payments team.
- Coordination with the bank reconciliation team to ensure all movements are correctly recorded.
- Managing Cash Forecasting, Forex deal related documents, including signatures and timely settlement of Forex deals.
- Full compliance with the STPI, NSEZ, RBI regulations, including filing of Softex and periodical returns.
- Forex remittances (inward & outward) : Coordination with banks for certificates and getting the invoice details updated.
- Ensuring timely renewal of LEI, KYC, FATCA compliance and other applicable regulatory reporting.
- Ensuring timely realisation of Intercompany remittance, facilitate dividend payments, ESOP transfers.
- End to end accounting for the short term deposits, interest realisation and interest accrual.
- Interaction with the auditors for all treasury and banking related queries, details and reports.
Qualification & Experience :
- Bachelor' degree in Finance and Accounting.
- Work experience : 2-5 years
- Prior experience with STPI, NSEZ, RBI and banking regulations in India.
- Experience in a Shared service centre/GBS/GCC will be preferred.
Required Skillset :
- Prior experience of interacting with banks for KYC, POS and resolving technical issues.
- Expertise in Excel
- Strong analytical skills.
- High proficiency in business English and excellent communication skills.
