Treasury and FinOps Analyst
You will support Treasury and Financial Operations across a multi-entity environment. You will prepare cash and inventory reporting, monitor and reconcile bank balances, perform daily cash positioning, execute cash movements, manage funding operations for loan sales, support vendor payments, reconcile loan and collateral data, produce required reports, and continuously improve operational workflows.
Responsibilities
- Prepare cash and inventory reports to ensure total liquidity visibility and support forecasting
- Monitor and reconcile daily bank balances and transaction activity across operating accounts
- Perform daily cash positioning to ensure compliance with liquidity requirements for funding, vendor payments, and operations
- Execute cash movements including wires, ACH transfers, and internal account allocations following approval protocols and SOX controls
- Manage funding operations for loan sales ensuring compliance with legal agreements
- Support vendor payment processing including wire initiation and callback confirmations and oversight of wire templates
- Collaborate with accounting on month-end close processes related to funding and sale activities
- Produce and communicate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as required by legal agreements
- Partner with product, data, engineering, and legal teams to streamline cross-functional data collection and resolve outstanding financial queries
- Reconcile loan and collateral data to ensure accuracy across internal systems and blockchain records
- Continuously improve workflows to increase the scalability and efficiency of financial operations
- Contribute to capital raising initiatives including debt financings
Requirements
- 3+ years in the financial services industry with experience in funding, treasury, or financial operations
- Ability and willingness to work Eastern Standard Time business hours
- Experience maintaining treasury management software or complex ERP systems, especially Kyriba
- Experience with cash forecasting
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and ability to learn platforms such as Tableau
- Transparent communication and strong relationship-building skills
- Proven organization skills and ability to prioritize and adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to work with limited direction
- Ability to perform and thrive in a startup environment building processes from scratch
