Trip Coordinator
Kississing Lake Lodge is a family-owned and operated, 5-star fly-in fishing lodge located in the pristine wilderness of northern Manitoba. For generations, we have welcomed guests from around the world to experience exceptional fishing, breathtaking scenery, and the genuine hospitality that keeps families and friends returning year after year.
While our guests enjoy an unforgettable adventure at the lodge, the planning and coordination behind every trip begins at our office in Steinbach, Manitoba. From guest bookings and travel arrangements to lodge logistics and operational support, our office team plays a vital role in creating the outstanding experience for which Kississing Lake Lodge is known.
We are currently seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to join our close-knit team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly, takes pride in accuracy, and enjoys being part of a team that helps create memorable experiences for our guests from the moment they book their trip until they return home.
Location: Steinbach, MB
Position Available: Immediately
Employment Type: Seasonal position with potential for continued employment
Season end: Approximately October 15
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to potential customer inquiries via phone and email
- Prepare and send inquiry packages to prospective guests
- Maintain and update booking trackers, schedules, and guest records
- Use office software, including RezStream, for reservations and guest management
- Assist with travel arrangements (flights and hotels)
- Coordinate logistics such as errands and occasionally meeting guests at the airport to ensure smooth connections
- Process food orders for outpost guests
- Invoicing customers for the lodge and enter into our accounting program
- Record, track, and communicate special guest requests
- Collect and accurately record guest information
- Other duties as assigned
All training is provided in house
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Occasional weekend shifts based on lodge changeover days
