1.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (volume & value).

2. Generate B2B bulk orders for tile adhesives (no retail dependency).

1. Identify new project sites, upcoming constructions, and redevelopment projects.

Retail Market Development<\/b>

1. Develop and expand the retail dealer network within the assigned territory.

3.Ensure product availability, visibility, and stock levels at retail counters.
