Run our centre, lead the tutor team, and grow our weekend classes.
This isn't a front-desk role — you'll report directly to the founder with real autonomy and a path to senior leadership.

What You'll Own

  • Grow Sat & Sun classes — recruit tutors, enrol students. Your flagship KPI.
  • Lead the tutor team (Maths, English, Science, Chinese, POA): scheduling, huddles, check-ins.
  • Own the parent experience: WhatsApp, check-in calls, complaints, renewals.
  • Run lead follow-up and the conversion funnel.
  • Coordinate holiday programmes and assessment cycles.
  • Track utilisation and retention weekly, and partner with the founder on growth.

What We Offer

  • Salary: $2,700–$2,800 (probation), $3,000–$3,500 on confirmation.
  • Bonus & commission after confirmation, tied to retention and fill rate.
  • Schedule: Months 1–9, Mon–Fri 2–9pm + Sat 10am–7pm (44 hrs). Once Sunday classes launch, shift to Wed–Sun, Mon & Tue off (42 hrs).
  • Direct founder mentorship + exposure to marketing and ops strategy.
  • 14 days leave (7 flexible + 7 in December).

You're a Fit If You

  • Have 1+ year in operations or centre management (fresh grads with the right attitude welcome too).
  • Speak English plus Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil.
  • Can track 100+ students and a tutor roster.
  • Know WhatsApp Business, Google Workspace, and AI tools.
  • Are Singaporean or PR.
