Are you passionate about aviation, robotics, and cutting-edge technology? We are looking for a versatile, proactive UAV Operations & Enablement Associate to join our growing team.

This is a dynamic, multi-disciplinary hybrid role designed for a hungry fresh graduate who wants to master how a tech company runs from the ground up. You will cycle across three core pillars: Flight Operations, Technical Training, and Business Administration.

No prior drone pilot license required!

If you bring the right attitude and meticulous work ethic,

we will fully sponsor your official CAAS Unmanned Aircraft Pilot Licence (UAPL) course and assessment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Flight & Field Operations (approx. 40%): Assist senior drone pilots with pre-flight mission planning, site risk assessments, and airspace logging. Manage drone fleet logistics, equipment deployment prep, and basic equipment maintenance. Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and operations logbooks.
  • Client Training & Enablement (approx. 30%): Support our instructors in setting up training environments and drone flight simulators. Assist in drafting, updating, and simplifying user manuals and client educational content. Conduct basic product walkthroughs and software demonstrations for clients.
  • Business Administration & Compliance (approx. 30%): Handle logistics procurement, inventory tracking, and vendor coordination. Assist in drafting and submitting strict permit applications to the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS).Provide essential office administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

🛠️ Job Requirements

  • Qualifications: Open to Fresh Polytechnic Diploma graduates (e.g., Aviation Management, Aerospace Engineering, Business Operations, Project Management, or related fields) or Post-NS applicants.
  • Licensing: Possession of a CAAS UAPL is a strong advantage but not required (Full sponsorship provided).
  • Soft Skills: High attention to detail (handling compliance and gear), strong verbal communication (for client training), and a collaborative mindset.
  • Physical: Comfortable with working outdoors during field operations and flight deployments.
