Requirements<\/h3>Responsibilities:
<\/div>
Lead and manage a team of front\-end developers, UX designer ensuring the successful delivery
<\/div>
of high\-quality UI solutions.
<\/div>
Define and drive the overall UI strategy, aligning design objectives with business goals
<\/div>
Oversee the end\-to\-end UI design process, from requirement gathering to wireframing,
<\/div>
prototyping, and final implementation.
<\/div>
Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across all products.
<\/div>
Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business
<\/div>
requirements into intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
<\/div>
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
<\/div>
Ensure best practices for accessibility, responsiveness, and cross\-browser compatibility
<\/div>
Stay updated on the latest UI trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation in the team.
<\/div>
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and
<\/div>
creative work environment.
<\/div>
Collaborate with backend engineers to ensure seamless integration between front\-end and
<\/div>
backend components.
<\/div>

Qualifications:
<\/div>
Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
<\/div>
10+ years of experience in UI development and front\-end development, with at least 5+ years in
<\/div>
a management or leadership role.
<\/div>
Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front\-end JS frameworks with a focus
<\/div>
on React.js, Next.js, Tailwind, analytics, WCAG(ADA)
<\/div>
5+ years of experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)
<\/div>
5+ years of experience using Agile methodology.
<\/div>
3+ years of experience implementing products at customer sites.
<\/div>
In\-depth knowledge of responsive design principles, cross\-browser compatibility, and
<\/div>
accessibility standards.
<\/div>
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI design and front\-end development.
<\/div>
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast\-paced, agile environment.
<\/div>
Excellent problem\-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
<\/div>
Proven ability to lead teams, mentor junior members, and drive UI innovation.
