About the Role<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span>We're building the next generation of autonomous mobile robots for warehouses and industrial environments and we're looking for a UI/UX Designer who can bridge the gap between complex robotics and intuitive design. As our UI/UX designer you'll design seamless digital experiences that turn complex robot and fleet data into clear, actionable insights. You'll create intuitive interfaces that empower users to interact with our products confidently and efficiently, regardless of their technical expertise.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>

What You'll Do<\/span><\/b>
<\/div>
  • Design System Development & Maintenance<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span>Contribute to the creation, evolution, and maintenance of the ANSCER Design System to ensure consistency, scalability, and better design workflows.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • ANSCER Fleet Manager Design<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span>Design intuitive experiences for fleet monitoring, robot management, analytics, and operational workflows across the \-ANSCER Fleet Manager platform.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Business Application Design<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Create user\-centric solutions for ANSCER\u2019s internal and business applications, improving usability, efficiency, and overall user experience.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Single Robot UI & Internal Software Experiences<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Design interfaces for single robot operations and other internal software tools, focusing on clarity, accessibility, and seamless user interactions.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree or formal education in Design (UX Design, Interaction Design, Product Design, Visual Communication, or related fields) is preferred.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design for web or software products.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Strong understanding of the UX design process including user research, user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and usability improvements.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Proficiency in Figma and experience creating high\-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Ability to create clean, intuitive, and scalable interfaces following UX principles and design best practices.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Experience working with design systems, including creating, maintaining, and using reusable components.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Strong collaboration skills with product managers, engineers, and cross\-functional teams.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Ability to simplify complex workflows into clear and efficient user experiences.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and frontend development constraints.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and iterate based on feedback Good to Have<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Experience designing enterprise applications, dashboards, SaaS products, or B2B platforms.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Experience with complex workflows, data\-heavy interfaces, or operational software.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Familiarity with UX documentation, design guidelines, and component libraries. <\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span> Portfolio is Mandatory<\/span><\/span><\/b>
      <\/span><\/span>Please share a portfolio that includes at least one your work in UI/UX design. Work\-in\-progress and personal projects are welcome. we care about the quality of your thinking and craft, not just the final polish.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
