Role Overview<\/b><\/span>

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer passionate about creating seamless user journeys. You will collaborate with the product and development teams to design engaging interfaces that simplify complex healthcare workflows and enhance user satisfaction.<\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/span>

Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high\-fidelity mockups.<\/span>

Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure intuitive UI/UX.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>
Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>
Maintain design consistency across platforms and contribute to design systems.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.<\/span>

Skills & Qualifications<\/b><\/span>

<\/span><\/div>
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Design/Multimedia or equivalent experience.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>
1\u20133 years of experience in UI/UX design (health\-tech/startup exposure is a plus).<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe XD (Photoshop/Illustrator is a bonus).<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and responsive design.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>
Ability to turn complex problems into simple, elegant design solutions.<\/span>
