UIUX Designer

Key Responsibilities:<\/b>

• Assist in the creation of research boards, user personas, and journey maps to inform design direction.
  <\/li>
• Help create and maintain design systems, tokens, to ensure consistency through out the designs.
  <\/li>
• Apply AI experience to UI (User Interface) and UX (User Experience) principles effectively, understanding their distinct roles.
  <\/li>
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high\-fidelity visual designs that align with project objectives.
  <\/li>
• Document design processes, implement feedback, and iteratively refine designs<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/span>
  

  Requirements<\/h3>

  UI/UX Designer (2\-3 Years of Experience)<\/b>
  <\/p>

  Core Skill Requirements:
  <\/b>
  <\/p>

  1. Design Thinking: <\/b>Understanding of Design thinking process & keep the designs aligned with the user\-centric solution providing approach.
     <\/p><\/li>

  2. UI/UX Fundamentals: <\/b>Strong knowledge of fundamental UI/UX principles and the ability to differentiate and apply them effectively in design solutions.
     <\/p><\/li>

  3. Technical Proficiency: <\/b>Expertise in using design tools such as Figma, Figma make, or other similar platforms to create wireframes, prototypes, and high\-fidelity designs. Create Mobile first Designs & Responsive designs. Know conversational AI experience.
     <\/p><\/li>

  4. Design Systems: <\/b>Basic experience in developing and maintaining design systems, tokenization to ensure consistency and efficiency across products
     <\/p><\/li>

  5. Documentation & Collaboration
     <\/b>Able to create clear design documentation, ensuring alignment and transparency across teams and phases of the project. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team, collaborating with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders
     <\/p><\/li>

  6. Incorporating Feedback:
     <\/b>Receptive to constructive feedback, with the ability to iterate on designs based on input and insights from stakeholders and users.
     <\/p><\/li>

  7. Trend Awareness:
     <\/b>A passion for staying up\-to\-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to refine continuously and enhance design practices.<\/span><\/span>
