After successfully completing the probation period, you will receive a bonus of 50£ . Additionally, upon completing 250 hours of work, there will be an extra incentive of 250£ as a bonus.<\/b>

Requirements<\/h3>\n \n - People who speak Latvian fluently.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Have excellent communication skills, and highly motivated.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Have a level of English suitable for communication with the team.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Quiet work environment & No distractions or background noise.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Have good keyboard skills.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Available for and want flexible working hours.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Live in the United Kingdom.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Have a valid work permit for non\-EU members or evidence of application for settled status for EU members.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Have a UK bank account.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Experience: Call Centre: 1 year (Preferred, not required)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Education: GCSE or equivalent (Required)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Must be able<\/span><\/b> to work a minimum of 4 shifts (approximately 16 hours) per week.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
