UK Risk Director

What you’ll own

• Serves as the UK Risk Officer and primary point of contact for Global Risk
• Supports business strategy by applying risk expertise to drive responsible, sustainable outcomes
• Partners with stakeholders locally and globally to identify, assess, and mitigate risk
• Communicates effectively with executives, senior stakeholders, board members, and the FCA
• Exercises strong judgment within the Global Risk Management Framework and escalates key issues
• Leads risk reporting and forums, including presenting to the UK Audit & Risk Committee

What you’ll bring

• Strong risk management expertise, including risk and control evaluation
• Knowledge of UK regulatory and risk requirements
• Effective prioritization to meet business goals
• Builds strong relationships across all stakeholder levels
• Clear communication with strong attention to detail
• High ownership, work ethic, and problem-solving ability

It’s a bonus if you have

• Knowledge of merchant acquiring services
• Experience of Board level reporting
• Knowledge of UK Risk Management requirements
