Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support to Ukrainian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
  • Guide customers through the features and functionalities of our products
  • Document all customer interactions and solutions in our support system
  • Work closely with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
  • Encourage customer engagement and satisfaction through proactive communication
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while assisting customers

Requirements

  • Fluency in Ukrainian and English, both spoken and written
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on effective communication
  • Prior experience in customer support or similar roles is highly desirable

  • Ability to think critically and resolve issues effectively
  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently
