In this role, you will assist our Ukrainian-speaking customers with their inquiries related to our products and services. You will play a critical role in ensuring that users have a positive experience and receive the support they need.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to Ukrainian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Guide customers through the features and functionalities of our products
- Document all customer interactions and solutions in our support system
- Work closely with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Encourage customer engagement and satisfaction through proactive communication
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while assisting customers
Requirements
- Fluency in Ukrainian and English, both spoken and written
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on effective communication
- Prior experience in customer support or similar roles is highly desirable
- Interest in technology and customer-centric solutions
- Ability to think critically and resolve issues effectively
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently
- Familiarity with customer support platforms is an advantage
