✅ Job Responsibilities
1.Develop comprehensive marketing strategies covering all activities, including campaigns, advertising (both online and offline), and store-oriented sales promotions
2.Lead local projects such as external and in-store events, digital contests and games, and content creation in collaboration with KOLs and celebrities
3.Coordinate global marketing campaigns across all paid and owned media channels
4.Manage local initiatives including store opening support, material booking, and production follow-up
5.Handle bilingual production, proofreading, and adaptation of all campaign-related and marketing materials, including social media content and internal office/in-store communications
6.Collaborate with the team to conduct deep dives into consumer insights and translate findings into impactful marketing campaigns
7.Oversee A&P (Advertising and Promotion) budget and management
