Where is the work:

On-Site (5 days)

1. Support value stream operations unit to define Standard worktime(SOE) and develop SOP for each process or station, develop and optimize process flow/ factory layout and implement, improve operations efficiency/productivity and capacity to meet company goals and customer satisfaction;

支持价值流操作单元，确定标准工作时间（SOE），为每一操作程序和站点设立标准作业程式，发展并优化工序流程、工厂布局和实施，提高生产效率，增强实现公司目标、提高顾客满意度的能力。

2. Coordinate NPD, VAVE and other cost savings programs in related operation unit, define tooling and equipment specification, implement improvement projects to improve the operation performance

协助推动NDP, VAVE以及其它成本节约项目，详细阐明工具、设备说明书，实施改进方案，改善操作方式。

3. Support quality improvement according to root cause analysis and taking actions based on internal quality data and customer complaints, standardize and optimize various process factors;

根据根本原因分析改进生产质量，基于内部的质量数据和顾客投诉规范并优化生产影响因子。

4. Assist EHS department to develop actions for employee safety, ergonomics assessment and improvements for related operation unit

协助EHS部设计维护员工安全、评估工效学、提升有关操作单元效率的活动。

5. Assist to Operations Unit and HR for new operator On Job Training and certification; Provide necessary support to the PV welder training including GB/ASME/PED;

协助操作组和HR完成队新员工的在职培训和认证，为PV焊接工的培训（GB、ASME、PED）提供支持。

6. Implement the 5S, Employee Suggestion, Kaizens, Value Stream Mapping, 9SPS, RIE and other lean transformation activities to improve the process continually with OPEX together

推动执行5S、员工建议收集、精益生产、价值流图分析、9SPS，RIE以及其它精益生产活动，与卓越运营部一起共同改善操作流程。

7. Manage the Manufacturing Engineering team of operation unit, coach and develop ME engineers in related operation unit.

管理操作组中的制造工程师团队，在相关操作单元对他们进行工作指导和培训。

8. In the process of planning and carrying out their own work, consider and carry out EHS work simultaneously, improve the EHS management of the department, prevent and eliminate EHS accidents

在计划、开展本职工作过程中，同步考虑、开展EHS工作，提高本部门EHS管理工作，防范和消除EHS事故

9. When creating and implementing new renovation and expansion projects, it is necessary to evaluate occupational hazards, safety, environment, and energy use, and ensure that relevant improvement measures are designed, constructed, and put into use at the same time

在创建实施新改扩项目时要对职业危害、安全、环境、能源使用做评估，确保相关改善措施同时设计，同时施工，同时投入使用

Key Competencies:

1. Bachelor or above degree, prefer major in industrial/mechanical engineering or HVACR

本科及以上学历,工业/机械工程

2. Minimum 8 years manufacturing and plant operations related working experience, at least 3 years management experience in MNC manufacturing facility as a manager.

8年及以上制造业和工厂操作相关工作经验，3年以上跨国企业设施管理经验。

3. Good experience in 6 Sigma or LEAN implementation;

丰富的六西格玛精益生产经验

4. English and Mandarin fluent, both in writing and speaking;

5. Project management skills/experience;

6. Preferred knowledge on pressure vessel manufactory and relative standard (GB/ASME/PED)
