负责特灵轻商家装产品的渠道开发及管理,通过指定销售策略,推动经销商网络建设和终端市场拓展提升品牌影响力和市场占有率,支持业务持续增长。
关键岗位职责:
- 管理渠道经销商的开发、筛选、签约、培育与日常管理,持续优化渠道网络布局。
- 负责培养及辅导销售团队,建立积极主动的团队工作氛围,对部门的预算和人员/项目成本进行有效控制。
- 结合区域市场情况,制定并推进渠道销售策略、市场拓展计划及阶段性销售活动。
- 推动终端门店开发、样板市场建设、销售转化及品牌展示标准落地。
- 组织并实施针对经销商的产品培训、销售赋能、营销政策宣导及经营辅导。
- 收集并分析区域内市场动态、竞品信息、客户需求及行业趋势,及时输出市场反馈与业务建议。
- 负责销售过程管理,包括商机跟进、订单推进、回款管理、库存协同及风险控制。
- 协同相关部门(市场,服务,订单,工厂)等部门,推动项目落地及客户问题闭环解决。
任职资格:
- 本科以上学历,暖通空调、制冷与低温、建筑环境等相关专业;
- 10年以上轻商水机空调渠道销售业务销售经验,具备经渠道开发和管理能力;
- 具有跨区域销售团队管理经验;
- 结果导向强,执行力高,能够适应一定频率的出差;
