Unity Team Lead

You will manage and grow a senior Unity development team, running performance reviews, supporting career development, and creating conditions for high performance. You will write production-quality Unity/C# code, contribute to architecture decisions, and deliver impactful features for a live mobile game. You will lead AI adoption by testing and embedding new AI tools, identify automation opportunities, and expand team knowledge of backend and AI systems. You will balance technical ambition with revenue-conscious delivery, ensuring changes are robust, measured, and safe to ship.

Requirements

• Senior Unity expertise with clean robust Unity and C# code
• Proven engineering management experience including hiring and performance cycles
• Clear adaptable communication across functions
• Active curiosity and hands-on experience with AI tools
• Strong ownership mindset and proactive problem identification
• Ability to break down complex technical challenges and execute with rigour
• Experience shipping and maintaining live revenue-generating mobile games (bonus)
• Backend or server-side knowledge that supports AI-powered workflows (bonus)
• Track record of navigating complex production changes on live products (bonus)
