📋 Job Requirements:
• Tracking trucks and shipments throughout the day.
Updating brokers and customers by phone, email, or tracking systems
• Entering pickup, transit, detention, delay, and delivery information into the TMS
• Monitoring check calls and ensuring updates are sent on time.
Reporting delays, breakdowns, weather issues, or appointment changes.
• Coordinating with dispatchers and drivers to resolve delivery problems.
• Uploading PODs (Proof of Delivery) and confirming completed loads.
• Maintaining accurate records of shipment progress.
Ensuring customer service standards and communication requirements are met.
