Position: Update Specialist

Job Requirements:
• Monitor and track shipments from pickup to delivery
• Provide timely status reports to customers and management
• Providing status updates to customers, brokers, dispatchers, and internal teams.
• Monitoring pickup and delivery schedules to ensure loads are on time.

Notes:
Must know how to work with amazon and especially with street loads. Must be fluent in English and Russian languages. Able to work in any shift. At least 1 year experience with street loads required.
