*URGENT* Clinic Administrator / Guest Relations (Healthcare, Central, 5.5 days) - HWX

  • Provide receptionist duties at front counter
  • Ensure accuracy of clinical data entry into computer system
  • Able to apply basic patient care
  • Maintain filling system, coordinate appointments and other admin duties
  • Liaise with various insurance company and make payment arrangement
  • Any other task as directed by the Clinic Manager or Doctor

Requirements :

  • min. Diploma holder and above
  • Possess min. 2 years prior working experience in customer service functions in hospitality industry preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player and able to work independently as well
