*URGENT* Clinic Administrator / Guest Relations (Healthcare, Central, 5.5 days) - HWX
- Provide receptionist duties at front counter
- Ensure accuracy of clinical data entry into computer system
- Able to apply basic patient care
- Maintain filling system, coordinate appointments and other admin duties
- Liaise with various insurance company and make payment arrangement
- Any other task as directed by the Clinic Manager or Doctor
Requirements :
- min. Diploma holder and above
- Possess min. 2 years prior working experience in customer service functions in hospitality industry preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player and able to work independently as well
