*URGENT* Clinical Trial Coordinator (Pharma MNC) #HRY

Summary:
• Support Project Management teams in the management and successful delivery of assigned projects.
• Act as an advocate for both the company and clients.
• Manage client communication via email and, where required, other channels (e.g., teleconferences).
• Promote continuous improvement across all aspects of the role.
• Demonstrate professionalism and customer service excellence when working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Exercise independent judgment and analytical skills to fulfil the responsibilities of this position.

Specific Duties, Activities and Responsibilities:
• Under the direction of the Project Management team, coordinate projects from award stage to completion, ensuring accurate planning timelines are generated, monitored, and tracked to support successful delivery.
• Attend meetings, teleconferences, client visits, and audits, while preparing minutes and action items to support the Project Management team and ensure project requirements are fully documented.
• Receive, monitor, and manage client-supplied label text, randomizations, drug supplies, components, and materials, ensuring timely delivery to internal functions as required.
• Generate required documentation and liaise with depot teams for third-party depot setup.
• Manage inventory reporting and monitor client inventory in line with project requirements.
• Set up clients on internal systems as required and provide ongoing support, including user access and password management.
• Collect KPI data and provide reports to the Project Management team.
• Supply relevant project information and forecasts to support operational planning and client management.
• Coordinate project return phases, including generating, managing, and monitoring returns and destruction processes, ensuring invoicing is completed accurately.
• Assist with departmental training activities and maintain completion of training documentation.
• Investigate and propose solutions for disputed invoices, effectively managing invoice queries to ensure timely resolution and payment.
• Provide project-specific information to Project Managers and act as an onsite liaison for remote project teams when required, including supporting delegated responsibilities in the Project Manager’s absence.
• Become proficient with internal project management systems and perform project setup, tracking, and financial milestone updates under Project Manager guidance.
• Assist in the preparation and regular review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to areas of responsibility.
