We are urgently looking for a passionate and capable Math Curriculum Head to lead curriculum development, teaching systems, and tutor training as we expand.

This role is ideal for experienced educators who enjoy curriculum design, academic leadership, and building meaningful learning experiences for students.

📌 Key Responsibilities

📚 Curriculum Development

✔ Design and improve Mathematics curriculum and teaching materials
✔ Develop worksheets, lesson plans, revision papers, and assessments
✔ Ensure alignment with MOE and IB syllabus standards
✔ Create structured and engaging learning systems

👩‍🏫 Academic Leadership

✔ Train and mentor tutors on teaching methods and lesson delivery
✔ Maintain academic quality and curriculum consistency
✔ Monitor student progress and improve learning outcomes

🚀 Programme Development

✔ Contribute ideas for new academic programmes and initiatives
✔ Support the growth of Tian Yun’s academic systems and teaching identity

📍 Requirements

✔ Strong background in Mathematics or Mathematics Education
✔ Experience teaching Primary, Secondary, JC, and/or IB Mathematics
✔ Curriculum planning or academic leadership experience preferred
✔ Able to explain concepts clearly and effectively
✔ Organized, proactive, and passionate about education
✔ Able to start immediately preferred
