We are looking for a dynamic and results\-driven US Business Development Executive to join our growing US Staffing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in lead generation, client acquisition, account management, and building relationships with Prime Vendors, Tier\-1 Vendors, MSPs, and Direct Clients. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities and contributing to the company's revenue growth in the US Staffing industry.

Responsibilities<\/span><\/span>

  • Generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, job portals, email campaigns, cold calling, and networking.<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Identify and acquire Direct Clients, Prime Vendors, Tier\-1 Vendors, and MSP accounts.<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and staffing partners.<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Gather and qualify client requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams for timely delivery.<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Follow up on candidate submissions, interviews, placements, and client feedback.<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Negotiate rates, contracts, and service agreements with clients.<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly revenue targets.<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Manage client accounts and ensure long\-term business relationships.<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Maintain daily activity reports, CRM records, and sales trackers.<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Stay updated with US Staffing market trends and hiring demands.<\/span>\n

  • Experience in US Staffing Business Development.<\/span>

  • Strong experience with Prime Vendors, Tier\-1 Vendors, MSPs, and Direct Clients.<\/span>

  • Lead Generation, Client Acquisition, and Account Management.<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills.<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Experience using LinkedIn, Job Portals, and Email Campaigns for Business Development.<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Understanding of the US Staffing Recruitment Lifecycle.<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Ability to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.<\/span>

  • Experience working with CRM tools and maintaining sales trackers.<\/span>
