US Commercial Lead - AgTech

An expanding business in California's Central Valley is seeking a Business Development Manager to win new accounts and deepen partnerships throughout the region. The position is practical and front\-facing, centered on creating a healthy sales pipeline, connecting directly with the people who make purchasing decisions, and raising the organization's profile within the local market.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>

  • Oversee the complete sales journey, from first contact through to a signed agreement

  • Seek out and chase fresh business prospects throughout the Central Valley area

  • Report regularly on outreach activity, pipeline status, and overall performance

  • Keep the pipeline current and reliable through consistent use of CRM tools
    <\/li>
  • Establish and nurture connections with senior buyers and influential stakeholders
    <\/li>
  • Grow revenue inside existing accounts as openings present themselves
    <\/li>
  • Put together proposals, pricing, and the supporting paperwork behind each client engagement
    <\/li>
  • Coordinate with operations and other internal departments to enable smooth onboarding and service delivery

    Requirements<\/h3>

    Essential<\/b>

    • Excellent interpersonal abilities and a talent for forming professional relationships

    • Between three and seven years in business development, outside sales, or a comparable position
      <\/li>
    • Working knowledge of CRM platforms and reporting functions
      <\/li>
    • A demonstrated track record of sourcing leads, growing pipeline, and winning new accounts
      <\/li>
    • Willingness and ability to travel locally within the Central Valley
      <\/li>
    • Prior work within a B2B setting
      <\/li>
    • Capable of juggling several active opportunities at varying stages
