      • Shape and lead user acquisition strategy across mobile games (paid channels, creatives, targeting, scaling)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

      • Analyze campaign performance and identify high\-impact growth opportunities<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Guide budget allocation and scaling decisions across channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Advise on creative strategy, testing frameworks, and iteration processes<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Drive optimization of core metrics (CPI, ROAS, retention, LTV/CAC)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Establish UA frameworks, playbooks, and best practices<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

        • Proven experience in mobile game User Acquisition at scale, managing large daily budgets <\/span>

        • Strong performance marketing mindset with deep understanding of LTV/ROAS\-driven optimization<\/span>
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Hands\-on experience running and scaling campaigns across major UA platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok<\/span>
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Solid understanding of creative testing, audience targeting, and campaign scaling strategies<\/span>
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Experience analyzing cohort performance, retention metrics, and LTV to drive optimization decisions<\/span>
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Ability to work both strategically and hands\-on, including campaign audits, testing, and performance optimization<\/span>
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Proven experience working on casual or puzzle mobile games<\/span>
          <\/p><\/li>
