User Acquisition Executive

I. KEY JOB DUTIES

  • Constantly track and analyze campaigns’ performance to identify optimization opportunities, increasing CTR, CVR, LTV, and ROAS (A/B testing, targeting, creative performance, marketing messages, etc.)
  • Oversee the progress of integrating attribution analytics SDKs and take care of the dashboards to ensure marketing optimization decisions are driven by accurate and real data.
  • Generate detailed UA performance reports and be able to translate the data into actionable insights to present to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with multiple internal teams (Creative, Marketing, Product).
  • Stay up to date on the latest industry trends and emerging marketing platforms, and be capable of building strong relationships with them, especially international mobile advertising networks.


II. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT / SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES

KNOWLEDGE:

  • Basic knowledge of digital metrics and their relationship in analyzing UA campaigns
  • Advanced concepts of UA (Retention, ARPU, IMPDAU, LTV, IPM, cohort, organic uplift, ...)
  • Fundamental Concepts of Marketing Models & User Journey
  • Experience in creative production or marketing idea pitching
  • Fundamental concepts of ASO is a Plus


SKILL:

  • Good at mathematics and advanced Excel skills
  • Fluent in English (daily interactions with international partners) - prefer TOEIC>700
  • Must have experience in optimizing campaigns on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or other ad networks
  • Must have experience in using BI tools such as Looker or Power BI
  • Must have experience in using MMP, such as AppsFlyer or Adjust
  • Experience in using project management tools & framework is a Plus
