We operate in two key directions: game&non-game products available on 3 platforms: iOS, Android, Amazon Appstore. Our portfolio includes 15+ mobile games and 10+ utility apps. We combine data-driven decision-making, rapid experimentation, and scalable product strategies to build apps that perform, grow, and lead in their categories.
Today the core focus is on:
🔥Mobile games on three platforms, mainly casual, including brain-training games. Our mission is to enhance and create new game narratives that bring more joy and excitement to users’ favorite games.
🔥Utility apps practical, widely used applications that consistently meet user needs. We’ve released more than 10 utility apps including photo editor filters, widgets&icons changers, pedometers, calorie trackers, smart counters. Our products are available across the Apple ecosystem (iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch) - allowing us to reach users seamlessly across devices.
What You’ll Be Working On:
Launching and managing advertising campaigns for gaming and non-gaming vertical (utilities) in social networks;
Full-cycle setup from scratch, analytics, optimization, and scaling (TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc.);
Analysis of campaign performance and ensuring KPI achievement, with a focus on both the quality and quantity of the user base, aimed at scaling high-performing bundles;
Monitoring and optimizing campaign performance based on key metrics, including ROAS, user retention, LTV, CPI;
Collaboration with internal teams: marketing, motion design, and creative production;
Researching and testing new tools, channels, and strategies to drive growth.
What makes you a great fit:
2+ years of proven experience in User Acquisition in social networks (mobile apps/ games/utilities), including planning and execution of user acquisition funnels across Web2Web, Web2App;
Experience working with social platforms (TikTok - as a must, Snapchat, Pinterest; Facebook - will be plus);
English - B1 or higher;
Proven successful cases with high LTV and low CAC;
Experience setting up campaigns with “Conversion” objectives (Web) in TikTok, with a deep understanding of TikTok Pixel;
Experience with web analytics systems, particularly Google Analytics 4 (GA4);
Experience optimizing campaigns for target actions that directly drive revenue;
Proven successful cases with high LTV and low CAC;
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, reporting);
Experience conducting tests and working with hypotheses;
Will be a plus understanding of attribution in general (AppsFlyer, Adjust).
