Utilities Coordinator

Job Description:

  • Conduct field utilities detection to detect existing utilities as per plans/drawings
  • Report to Utilities Manager
  • Identify and resolve system failure and perform to oversee preventative maintenance
  • Work closely with utilities agencies to provide update of progress in construction site, utilities damages or unknown services
  • Liaise and coordinate between construction team on excavation works, detection works and reinstatement works near underground or utilities services
  • Compile data on utility process units, monitoring system efficiency and energy and material usage


Requirements:

  • Diploma in Construction related course or Certificate of course related to Utilities detection (ie Registered Earthwork Supervisor)
  • At Least 1 year of working experience in construction supervisor
  • Familiar with cable detection work would be advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Able to operate Radio detection Underground Detector would be advantage
  • Own transport for travel between multiple site locations
