We are all employee-owners at HDR, which is the foundation of our collaborative culture that connects employees around the world.%3C/span%3E%3C/span%3E%3C/p%3E%3Cdiv class=%22ExternalClass1ACEAC2D8EB84BE69C3F0484B5FBBCD5%22%3E%3Cdiv%3E%3Cp%3EIn the role of Utility Coordinator I, we%27ll count on you to%5C:%3C/p%3E%3Cul%3E%3Cli%3EAssist with the identification, communication, and resolution of utility conflicts on Transportation/Roadway projects.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EAssist with the management and coordination of Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) investigations, schedule, and submittals.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EPerform utility records research, obtaining project utility company contacts, existing maps and plans, preparing contact ledgers and assist in utility conflict tracking reports.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EWork independently, and with project team, coordinating with utility companies and roadway engineers to meet client%27s needs and objectives.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EAssist with and prepare client deliverables, utility exhibits, project guides, project reviews, project invoices, expense reports and project monitoring/field verification, as needed.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EApply company/client quality assurance guidelines and procedures for project documents, time and budget management.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EAssist in the review and perform QA/QC of utility company agreements, plans, specifications, cost estimates and invoices submitted by utility companies to assure compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and requirements of the client.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EFrequent communication, both verbal and written, between project managers, clients, and utility owners to ensure project schedules are met and are compliant with federal, state and local laws, in addition to any other regulations required by the client.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EAssist with and conduct meetings, presentations, and minutes for both in person and virtual meetings.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3ESupport Project Managers in the development of proposal elements, project scope elements, budget elements, and schedule elements.%26nbsp;%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EType, format and organize project documents, reports, specifications, and correspondence.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3ECreate and maintain paper and electronic files.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3ETravel requirements are typically 10%.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EPerform other duties, as assigned.%3C/li%3E%3C/ul%3E%3C/div%3E%3C/div%3E%3Cdiv class=%22ExternalClass0A2CFBDFAE1849818DBC432C0B811CC4%22%3E%3Cdiv%3E%3Cdiv%3E%3Cb style=%22background-color%5C:rgb(255, 255, 255);text-align%5C:start;%22%3E%3Cstrong%3EPreferred Qualifications%3C/strong%3E%3C/b%3E%3C/div%3E%3Cul%3E%3Cli%3EBachelor%27s degree%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EA minimum of 2 years related experience%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EAbility to read and understand contractual documents, including but not limited to; deeds, engineering plans, sub-contractor proposals, reimbursement agreements, occupancy and use agreements, etc.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EBasic understanding of real estate principles and the ability to read and understand easements, deeds, legal descriptions and general documents associated with property rights%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EProficiency in Bluebeam Revu, ArcGIS, KMZs, AutoCAD, or MicroStation%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EFamiliarity of Transportation/Roadway/Utility industry%3C/li%3E%3C/ul%3E%3C/div%3E%3Cdiv%3E%26nbsp;%3C/div%3E%3C/div%3E
