About The Role<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/h3>

We are looking for a UX Designer with strong expertise in Framer to design and build high\-quality, interactive digital experiences. You will be responsible for transforming user insights and product requirements into elegant UX flows, high\-fidelity designs, and functional Framer prototypes or live websites. This role blends UX thinking, UI design, and no\-code/low\-code execution.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

This role will be directly reporting to the <\/span><\/span>Assistant Director \- Branding and Communications<\/span><\/span><\/b>, and you will be responsible for owning the brand\u2019s UX design across the organization.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

• Design user flows, wireframes, and interaction models based on user needs<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Build high\-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes using Framer<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Translate product and business requirements into functional Framer sites<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Create responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketers<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Maintain consistency with brand and design systems<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Optimize UX for performance, accessibility, and conversion<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
