  Requirements<\/h3>

  Responsibilities:
  <\/div>

   Own the full product design process from user research to rollout, ensuring
  <\/div>

  solutions are both functional and visually compelling
  <\/div>

   Translate research findings and user feedback into actionable design
  <\/div>

  solutions that solve real problems
  <\/div>

   Build and maintain scalable Design Systems in Figma using components,
  <\/div>

  variants, auto\-layout, and organized file structures
  <\/div>

   Create interactive Figma prototypes to test concepts and communicate user
  <\/div>

  flows
  <\/div>

   Conduct usability tests, analyze feedback, and iterate designs quickly based
  <\/div>

  on insights
  <\/div>

  
  <\/div>

   Collaborate cross\-functionally with UX peers, Product Managers, and
  <\/div>

  Engineering teams to align on feasibility and constraints
  <\/div>

   Present design rationale clearly in design reviews, articulating the "why"
  <\/div>

  behind every decision

   Ensure all designs meet high standards for usability and accessibility across
  <\/div>

  interfaces
  <\/div>

   Prepare detailed UI handoffs using Zeplin (or Figma Dev Mode) with clear
  <\/div>

  specs and documentation
  <\/div>

   Stay curious about AI trends and emerging tools that can enhance the design
  <\/div>

  process
  <\/div>

  
  <\/div>

  Qualifications:
  <\/div>

   4+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing full
  <\/div>

  product design process (research to rollout)
  <\/div>

   Expert proficiency in Figma: working with components, variants, auto\-layout,
  <\/div>

  prototyping, and organized file management
  <\/div>

   Skilled in user research methods and translating insights into design decisions
  <\/div>

   Proven ability to run usability tests, analyze feedback, and iterate rapidly
  <\/div>

   Strong cross\-functional collaboration skills with UX, PM, and engineering
  <\/div>

  teams
  <\/div>

   High level of proficiency in both research and visual design
  <\/div>

   Familiarity with data privacy and security considerations in design
  <\/div>

   Technical knowledge: HTML, CSS (must have), and experience with Zeplin for
  <\/div>
