UX Researcher and Service Designer
· At least 4-8 years of hands-on experience in service design, UX research, orrelated user-centred design disciplines
· Experience with large-scale enterprise and B2B products and services
· Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments and managing competing priorities is highly preferred
· Demonstrated success in translating research findings into practical businessrecommendations
· Deepexpertise in service design methodologies and human-centred design principles
· Exceptional workshop facilitation skills with ability to guide diverse groups throughstructured problem-solving processes
· Outstanding communication and presentation skills for sharing insights with seniorstakeholders
· AI-driven research and design/prototyping skills and experience strongly preferred
