  • Plan and conduct primary and secondary research<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Map user / stakeholders journeys and blueprints <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Assess opportunities for service improvement<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Help conduct workshops and sessions with clients<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Compile research findings<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Document the project and its deliverables<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Envision service/product future states that enable business outcomes<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Prioritize initiatives based on solid criteria<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Handover needed outcomes to clients and/or internal teams<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Interact with technology team to compile findings and identify best ways forward<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Build product level requirements for the envisioned digital experience<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
