UX/UI Lead

What are you going to do?

As UX Lead at LogicSteel, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience across our digital products. You’ll be responsible for translating complex user needs into intuitive, high-impact designs that support our customers in the steel fabrication and machinery industry. You’ll lead a team of UX professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure our solutions are not only functional, but also delightful to use. Your strategic mindset and hands-on design expertise will help elevate our UX maturity and drive innovation across the organisation.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Defining and implementing the overall UX vision and strategy.

  • Leading, mentoring and developing a team of UX designers and researchers.

  • Conducting and overseeing user research and usability testing.

  • Creating and reviewing wireframes, prototypes and user flows.

  • Ensuring consistency and quality across all UX deliverables and design systems.

  • Presenting UX concepts and findings to stakeholders and senior management.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices;

  • Managing project timelines, resources and priorities.

We ask

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction or a related field;

  • At least 5 years of experience in UX design and research, with a strong portfolio;

  • At least one year experience in a lead role;

  • Two office days a week are required to ensure good collaboration with colleagues;

  • Experience working in Agile environments;

  • Proven leadership and team management skills;

  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing;

  • Proficiency with tools like Figma and other prototyping software;

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills;

  • Analytical mindset and experience with interpreting user data;

  • Knowledge of front-end development and design systems is a plus.
