Position title: Instructor

Location: San Diego, CA

Clearance required: SECRET

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Deliver Initial Qualification Training IQT curriculum in accordance with established training standards, operational requirements, and contract objectives.
• Assess performance through validated evaluation tools and provide constructive feedback to support learner success.
• Compile, track, and maintain accurate training data, including attendance records, assessment results, and performance metrics.
• Generate timely and accurate training reports for internal stakeholders and program leadership.
• Review, validate, and refine assessment materials to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with evolving mission needs.
• Update course materials and lesson content to reflect new equipment, procedural changes, or updated operational requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall effectiveness and efficiency of IQT programs.
