The Bible Reader supports the basic needs of individuals and communities. The Bible Reader aids with Corps duties and tasks associated with the running of the Corps as directed by the Line Manger/Corps Officer. Safety and well-being of self and others is vital and there is a requirement to identify and report hazards and incidents.

Key responsibilities:

Assist in facilitation of Corps activities

Duties as directed by the Line Manager/Corps Officer

Qualifications and skills (desired/required):

Coaching experience is desired

Desire to encourage and support young people

Background checks play an important part in our commitment to being a safe organisation. Where an applicant has disclosable history, the selection process includes a fair assessment and a risk management approach. As this role is a child-related role, it requires a Working with Children Check/Working with Vulnerable People Check

As this role involves dealing with confidential information, it requires a Police Check
