Job Description:

As a Frontline Intake Specialist at Job Duck, you will serve as the first point of contact for individuals reaching out during emotionally sensitive and often time-critical moments. This role is centered on listening carefully, providing clarity, and confidently guiding prospective clients toward the right next steps. Your daily work directly shapes the client experience and supports the overall efficiency of the practice by ensuring every inquiry is handled with care, accuracy, and follow-through. You will balance meaningful human interaction with structured administrative work, making this role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, people-facing environments. Success in this role comes from empathy, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm and organized while managing multiple conversations and priorities.


• Monthly Compensation Range: From 1,142 to 1,220 USD

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Contribute to overall operational efficiency by reducing workload for other team members

  • Answer inbound calls, texts, and digital inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner

  • Guide prospective clients through available services and assist with booking consultations

  • Convert qualified inquiries into scheduled consultations without a sales-driven approach

  • Maintain timely and consistent follow-up on all inquiries to ensure no opportunities are missed

  • Accurately log all communications and activities within the CRM

  • Support two to three assigned administrative workflows during non-call time

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in law firm intake, legal sales, medical or healthcare-related sales, or other high-trust, consultative sales roles
Demonstrated sales experience as a primary responsibility, including converting prospects into appointments, consultations, or closed deals
• Experience working in KPI-driven or performance-based environments with measurable sales targets and outcomes
Proven experience using CRM systems to manage leads, track pipeline activity, document interactions, and ensure timely follow-ups
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish

• Ability to build rapport and trust quickly with prospective clients, particularly in sensitive or high-stress situations
Highly empathetic, composed, and professional communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Experience with consultative, relationship-based selling approaches
Strong objection-handling and persuasion skills
• Comfortable discussing pricing, asking for commitment, and collecting payments
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistent follow-through
• Ability to work independently while adhering to established processes, workflows, and scripts
• Adaptable and able to think on your feet while managing frequent interruptions and shifting priorities
• Ethical, boundary-aware, and professional in all client interactions

• Location and timezone: Remote, Eastern Standard Time (EST)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday
• Expected call volume: High (45 calls on average daily)
• Software and Tools Required:
- CRM: GoHighLevel
- VOIP: Familiarity with tools like RingCentral, DialPad, and others is ideal
