· Our work takes place generally in two shifts:

Working hours: Morning shift 6:00 AM - 2:50 PM, Afternoon shift 2:40 PM - 12:00 AM, and during the afternoon shift on Friday the work is from 2:40 PM to 9:20 PM.

What You Bring to the Team

Hard Skills

· Pursuing technical education.

· Ability to read technical drawings and digital work instructions.

· Solid soldering skills or willingness to learn.

· Ability to read and understand Dutch or English.

Soft Skills

· Very precise when working with small components.

· Good fine motor skills and strong attention to detail.

· Analytical and able to solve problems when deviations occur.

· Team‑oriented but also capable of working independently.

· Strong sense of responsibility for quality and safety.

· Eager to learn and open to new techniques and IPC training.

· Stress‑resistant and flexible when priorities shift.

Your Daily Responsibilities

You will work in a modern, clean environment assembling, soldering, and inspecting our products. You follow digital work instructions and use up‑to‑date assembly techniques suited to a high‑tech production setting.

You will place electronic components onto printed circuit boards (“stuffing” PCBs) based on work instructions or technical drawings. You prepare components by cutting, bending, and trimming them, and you help ensure quality by inspecting completed PCBs. Quality is our top priority.

Your Tasks also Include:

· Manually placing components on printed circuit boards.

· Positioning PCBs in soldering fixtures and applying the correct tools and process settings.

· Inspecting and repairing soldering work according to IPC standards.

· Performing soldering tasks and assembling/ disassembling PCBs following work instructions.
