Validation Engineer
Catalyx\nServices, LLC seeks a Validation Engineer reporting to office in\nMontgomeryville, PA to prepare various control systems validation documents,\nincluding user requirement specifications, functional requirements\nspecifications, and detailed design specifications. Prepare and execute\nvalidation protocols and installation qualification protocols. Configure,\nprogram, test, and troubleshoot PLC. Configure, validate, design, and test DCS.\nWork on a variety of programmable logic controller systems and a variety of Distributed Controls Systems (DCS). Configure, validate, and test the Human\nMachine Interface (HMI) systems with the control systems. Design, program,\ntest, validate, and maintain process controls and automation systems, including\nselecting the control system. Provide technical specifications for the control\nsystem, such as hardware and software specifications. Select the networking\ninterface required to connect the control system to the process to be\ncontrolled, handling multiple projects concurrently.<\/span> Qualified\ncandidates must have a bachelor\u2019s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic\nEngineering, or a foreign equivalent and at least three (3) years of experience\nas an Automation Engineer or a substantially similar position performing all\nthe duties as listed above.
