Travel Organization

Understand and collect Team Members’ travel requirements.

Provide accurate support and advice on travel-related topics, including passports, visas, travel insurance, and international regulations.

Manage bookings for flights, hotels, transfers, and car rentals.

Organize transportation to and from airports, racetracks, or other venues.

Handle travel-related issues, including changes, conflicts, complaints, and cancellations.

Ensure clear and timely communication to all Team Members traveling for both trackside events and business trips.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations (e.g., visa requirements, passport validity, insurance coverage).

Scouting and Negotiation

Support the Travel Manager in negotiating supplier contracts to guarantee the best quality accommodations at the most cost-efficient rates.

Occasionally attend races, test events, or perform site inspections as required (approx. 20 days/year).

Maintain and develop strong, collaborative relationships with suppliers.

Professionalism

Deliver a consistently high level of service with strong attention to detail.

Keep up-to-date and accurate records within the database.

Prioritize workload and consistently meet deadlines.

Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in line with the dynamic needs of the role.

In line with pay transparency regulations (Legislative Decree 96/2026), the minimum fixed salary for this role is the contractual minimum set by the National Collective Labour Agreement for the Metalworking Industry (Federmeccanica/Assistal) for classification level C2. We specify that the above mentioned level is a minimum threshold and does not correspond to the overall compensation package, which is determined by objective, measurable and gender-neutral criteria, being significantly higher than the contractual minimum indicated.

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in business travel, preferably in a complex and fast-paced environment.

Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of a third language is considered a plus.

Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

Strong knowledge of travel routes, industry standards, and emerging trends.

Team player with a proactive mindset and a hands-on approach.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Highly detail-oriented and well-organized.

Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

Ability to anticipate Team needs and communicate effectively in advance.

Strong drive for high performance and continuous improvement.
