GTM Associate
The mission:
comstruct is building the agentic workforce for procurement in European construction. Our agents turn paper delivery notes, fragmented invoices and offline supplier decisions into structured, real-time data and live decisions, embedded inside the largest contractors in Europe and the US. To accelerate this journey, we secured a €12.5M seed financing round from 20VC and Google Ventures, along with top European investors.
The role:
As a GTM Associate, you play a mission-critical role in the growth of comstruct. You are the main driver of your segment and therefore a key contributor to our overall revenue success. As the first point of contact for potential customers, you set the foundation for high-quality deals and long-term customer relationships.
What you’ll do:
You are the engine that keeps comstruct growing. Without pipeline there are no deals, no customers, no company. This is your responsibility.
Leverage AI agents, automations, and creative strategies to reach prospects nobody else has found yet.
You identify new markets, develop your own approach and execute it. No playbook handed to you. The market is yours to open.

Hunt the Market
Getting into a market is one thing. Your job is to make sure we leave no contractor behind - find every qualified buyer in our existing markets before anyone else gets there.
Market Development
You will identify which segments, regions, and buyer types to go after next, build your own strategy and execute it. Your goal is to open markets that did not exist in our pipeline before you touched them.
Agentic Outreach
You don’t just use AI tools, you build with them. You’ll design and run your own outreach sequences powered by AI agents and automations from scratch, no one hands you a system.
What success in the first 3 months looks like:
20 qualified meetings booked and every single one a contractor that had never heard of comstruct before you.
You've built a fully automated pipeline machine that generates 300+ new qualified leads per month.
A new market mapped, key decision makers identified and a clear path to the first deal laid out.

5 days present in the office in Munich
