Veteran Coach (VC) Job Description:

Our Veteran Coaches possess a strong “sales with service” mentality while understanding the importance of navigating their sales funnel. The primary role of the Veteran Coach (VC) is to serve as a day-to-day client-facing coach/consultant/sales leader to help U.S. military veterans navigate the confusing VA disability claims process. You will work incredibly hard and be expected to follow our proven education-based process to help your veteran clients get the VA disability benefits they deserve. You will serve as a trusted advisor to U.S. military veterans by coaching, educating, and mentoring them through the maze VA disability claim process. Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities:

VEV will provide daily VA disability claim coaching/consulting/strategy/sales services for numerous assigned veteran clients; the VC will act as the sole interface with veteran clients helping them navigate the maze VA claim process.

VEV will be expected to make outbound calls each day to veteran clients and provide expert coaching services to the assigned veteran clients regarding medical disabilities/conditions, which will include daily email exchanges, phone calls, text messages, and/or video teleconference education-consulting coaching sessions with the veteran clients.

VEV must be extremely resourceful and understand potential disability conditions the veteran client(s) may qualify for, to include independent research and company provided educational materials.

VEV will lead and coach the veteran clients with respect to preparing and filing their own claims

VEV shall provide a combination of 1:1 coaching/consulting services, facilitate group Mastermind discussions over live video, and guide veteran clients through the

VEV Inner Circle Membership program resources respective to the veteran’s situation.
VEV shall interact in a timely and professional manner with VEV team members, as necessary.

VEV is expected to complete initial training and assessment within 90 day.

VEV shall comply with all applicable state, local, and federal laws to include a company wide compliance program.

Minimum Qualifications:

5+ year of sales and customer service experience (must be comfortable with outbound calls)

Experience finding and proposing new solutions by being incredibly resourceful

Ability to build high-trust personal relationships with Veteran clients

Effective task prioritization to ensure executing and delivering results

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, that are effective both inside and outside the business

Experience working with minimal supervision to multitask and manage daily workload from beginning to end

Experience (or comfortable with) working as part of an all-virtual, cross-functional team and working with all levels up, down, and across organizations

Proficient in utilizing various web-based technologies (Google GSuite, Ring Central, Zoho Meet, and Zoho CRM system) to support virtual sales environment (training will be provided)


Requirements

Previous knowledge and experience navigating the VA disability benefits system

Military veteran, disabled veteran, military / veteran spouse is a plus

Previous or current client of VEV is a plus
