Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a veterinarian with 1+ years’ experience to join our team, on a part-time basis (min. 17 hours/week).
Ideally you will be available to work every
Wednesday and Friday, plus a 1 in 4 Saturday too.

Our roster can be flexible to accommodate you as an individual. We also pride ourselves on being a 'family friendly clinic', understanding the challenges of establishing work life balance to suit a family.

New Graduates are welcome to apply, as long as you are keen to learn and would be comfortable with some sole charge shifts in future.

The role requires that you:

  • Build relationships and deliver high customer service standards to our base of loyal clients.

What you can expect:

  • A purpose built clinic with in-house IDEXX pathology machines, digital radiography (dental too), a full surgical suite and an ultrasound.

  • A team of like-minded, hard working and dedicated professionals, who provide an excellent standard of care to their patients and clients.

  • Standard 30-minute consultations.

  • Opportunity to work up cases to a high standard, with the comfort of referral centres close by for backup when needed.

  • Remuneration package negotiable based on experience, with regular reviews that generously rewards performance.

  • No after hours, Public Holidays/ Sundays, or on call roster

  • Shared rotating Saturday roster - 1 in 4

  • No late finishes - clinic closes at 5.30pm

For this position you must hold a relevant Veterinary Science degree from an accredited university and be registered with relevant state Veterinary Board.
