Vice President (Architect)

Brief Summary:
Join a dynamic team where your leadership in business development and design can make a significant impact. This role offers the opportunity to shape architectural projects while cultivating valuable client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Lead project teams across various phases, including business development, design, supervision, and management of diverse projects.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service to both new and existing stakeholders.
• Prepare marketing materials and project proposals, as well as relevant business development reports.
• Guide and mentor the design team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality architectural designs and effective presentation techniques.
• Oversee competition preparation and ensure adherence to high standards in design outcomes.
• Assist architecture studios during project development stages and design competitions.
• Administer contracts for construction projects, ensuring compliance with design intent and relevant building codes.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while potentially fulfilling the roles of Qualified Person (QP), Superintending Officer (SO), and SO's Representative.

Requirements:

• Relevant educational background in architecture.
• Proven experience in business development and project management, with a track record of successful client engagement.
• Strong leadership skills with experience guiding design teams and developing junior designers.
• Familiarity with architectural design processes and contract administration.
