Vice President, Campaign and Demand Generation
This role is can be based hybrid out of our Newton Office in Boston or our New York Office.
The Vice President, Campaigns and Demand Generation is a senior marketing leader responsible for driving the strategy, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns that generate demand, accelerate pipeline growth, and deliver measurable business outcomes. Reporting directly to the CMO, this individual will lead a high-performing team responsible for campaign strategy, integrated programs, content activation, and funnel optimization to drive brand awareness, qualified demand, and revenue impact.
This role partners closely with Product/Solution Marketing, Content, Sales, Marketing Operations, Events, Field Marketing, Product and organizational leadership to deliver measurable growth and ensure marketing is an indispensable driver of pipeline and revenue.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of demand generation, campaign management, and marketing technology, combined with a hands-on approach to execution and a passion for delivering results.
What You’ll Do
Demand Generation Strategy & Leadership
- Develop a multi-channel global campaign strategy aligned to corporate goals, GTM motions, and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure campaigns are aligned with messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Create and operationalize a unified campaign framework including campaign planning, audience segmentation, messaging, and measurement.
- Lead the transformation toward a modern, insights-driven demand engine using intent data, behavioral signals, and digital performance insights.
- Establish the vision for campaign architecture, from TOFU awareness programs through MOFU engagement and BOFU conversion.
- Oversee the development of campaign assets, including email, webinars, and content, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.
- Build repeatable campaign plays, scalable toolkits, and global enablement processes.
Demand Generation and Pipeline Growth
- Own pipeline contribution targets and ensure marketing’s impact is measurable and predictable.
- Own the demand generation function, including lead acquisition, lead nurturing, and pipeline acceleration strategies.
- Partner with sales leadership to ensure alignment on lead quality, handoff processes, and pipeline targets.
- Drive a rigorous testing and optimization culture across digital channels, landing destinations, content formats, and messaging.
- Ensure funnel performance accountability across campaign, digital, and field teams.
Cross-Functional & Sales Alignment
- Partner with Sales Leadership (CRO, SDR leaders, Regional Sales Heads) on pipeline goals, territory strategies, and campaign alignment.
- Work with Product/Solution Marketing to ensure campaign narratives ladder into cohesive value propositions.
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations on funnel design, attribution, lead management, and reporting needs.
- Ensure Field Marketing is tightly aligned to global campaign strategy and regional revenue priorities.
Team Leadership & Organizational Build-Out
- Lead and grow a high-performing global team across campaign management, content creation and content activation.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and iteration.
- Develop onboarding, playbooks, templates, and repeatable processes to operationalize excellence.
Your Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on demand generation and campaign management, ideally in media, SaaS, technology, or enterprise marketing environments.
- Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline growth and revenue through integrated marketing campaigns.
- Experience leading and scaling high-performing marketing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated success collaborating with Sales leadership and driving alignment across GTM teams.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management.
Your Skills
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Deep expertise in demand generation strategies, including ABM, inbound marketing, and lead nurturing.
- Proficiency in marketing technology platforms, including marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a focus on coaching and developing talent.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution and a results-oriented mindset.

The salary range for this role is $180,000 - $240,000 based on experience.
